Located on the 4th floor, there is a terrace and an amenity area for tenants to enjoy. Our fully accessible amenity area provides a comfortable, naturally-lit, “one-stop” convenience area to help make work days a little more enjoyable. Relax, read a book, watch TV orengage with coworkers in a game of Foosball!

Better yet: on sunny days, head outside on the terrace for some fresh air.

Changerooms and Shower Facilities

Changeroom and shower facilities are located on P1 and are available for Fitness Centre members and tenants who have bike storage access. Complimentary towel service and daily locker use is available to those with access to the changerooms and shower facilities.

Parking

Reserved or monthly parking is allocated based on a tenant’s lease. To arrange for additional parking and for all other parking inquiries, please contact Impark at 604-331-7288.

Bicycle Lockers

For the convenience of the tenants who cycle to work, there are secured bicycle and shower facilities located on P1. To register, please contact Curtis Health at exchange@curtishealth.com.

Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles

E-charging stations for electric vehicles including Tesla available at all levels.
